On the 3rd floor of a building by Niigata Station, the door to Isekai Shokudou opens only on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday lunchtimes.
Drop in for a bowl of nostalgic ginger shoyu ramen.
鶏ガラと香味野菜。
そこに、生姜と醤油。Chicken and aromatic vegetables.
Then ginger and shoyu.
鶏の旨味をベースに、香味野菜を合わせたスープ。醤油の持ち味を生かし、生姜の香りが立つ一杯に仕上げています。
A soup built on chicken flavour with aromatic vegetables. We let the shoyu speak for itself and finish the bowl with a lift of ginger.
